Processing and Handling
Your order will be processed, pulled, packed and labeled within one business day of placing your order. If there are circumstances that prevent us from that one day turn around you will be notified via an email from customerservice@greentidegaming.com.

Returns
Green Tide will accept returns on all unopened products within 2 weeks of delivery. Green Tide does not cover shipping costs on returns.

Please email customerservice@greentidegaming.com for approval and the preferred method of payment before sending back merchandise.
